Below you may find a common list of questions that we are asked. If you don't find the information you are interested in here, please contact us directly and we will get back to you.

1. How does it work?
    Well, we will write a bunch of feelings on nice paper, and place them delicately in a box, pad them with carefully selected surrounding papers, and send them to the person you nominate for their enjoyment!

2. Where do you get the boxes? What about the environment?
    All boxes are currently recycled ones, that we collect from various businesses after they have used them. All the bouncy paper inside your box is also recycled.

3. Are my purchases tax-deductible?
    No. We are not a charity organisation, although we do give at least 55% of our profits to charities. This 55% is calculate from the price you pay, minus the cost of goods of the box itself, and it's contents. It does not come out after we've paid our own salaries. That means more money for charities! If you wish your donation to be tax-deductible, then please donate to the charity of your choice directly (and come back and purchase a box later!).

4. How do you come up with the feelings?
    Good question! We spend our days out and about, researching feelings of all types. Oftentimes our workers can be found out on the street engaging people and testing potential feelings on them, before they are actually used in boxes. If a stranger comes up to you and suggests your jeans are looking exceptionally well-ironed today, they may not actually be strange, they may just be working for us!

5. How quickly can I expect my box to arrive?
    That depends on where you are located. Our head office is in Melbourne, Australia, so if you are in Melbourne you can expect delivery in 2-3 business days, if you are elsewhere in the world, it will take longer, but we will use whatever means neccessary to get you your box in an appropriate time-frame.

6. Can I send a box anonymously?
    Yes of course! Do you have a special sweetie that you want to send a box to but want keep her guessing about her secret admirer? Do you have a boss that you wish to send sarcastic feelings to, but you want to keep your job? Simply choose "anonymous" as the option when submitting your details, with box purchase. They will just be informed that the box has been delivered by "Anon E. Moose" (with an accompanying picture of a Moose) from "box of good feelings!".

7. Can I suggest feelings for inclusion in my box?
    Well, there is an option for you to add feeling 'categories' to your box, which we will certainly use when writing your feelings, but we would prefer that we come up with the specific feelings for inclusion in each box. If you wish to discuss this matter with us directly, please refer to the contact page where you can get in touch to discuss your specific requirements.

8. Can I include a customised note in my box?
    Yes, you can. The note will be hand-written by us, however, so please take care with the content and length. We will contact you if we have an issue understanding your note. Again, please consider that we do not want to send bad feelings out, so we will avoid including notes of that nature. As such, notes will be reviewed by our team before we accept payment from you and carry out your order. You will note that the inclusion of a customised note comes at an additional cost.
